Click here to download the test form. You MUST mail in your test forms. Please do not
turn it into the club office. We will use the postmark to determine timeliness. Home club
will be first priority, followed by associate members, then out of club testers. We will try
to accommodate specific time requests for skaters just be sure to let us know ahead of
time.
We are always looking for help with music, copying and office duties the day of the test.
Help when you can!
